Well, it turns out that it has a few.

And everyone that drank it lived forever which is why Shanon Airport is now known as the fountain of youth. Not really. But the first part is true!

However, here’s the story as well as I could piece it together.

At the end of the day, the health benefits of Irish Coffee are simply due to the fact that it contains coffee. Coffee comes with a host of health benefits and Irish Coffee does not really benefit from having all of the added sugar, cream, and alcohol.
